How can u look me in the eye
And tell me something u know to be a lie
How can u live with yourself,
Look at yourself in the mirror and see what u have become

Where did this come from
How did It turn into this
Where you cant tell the truth to -ME of all people
We used to be so free with our words…

But now u tell me things I think,
To try and hide what u think to be bad
But really who cares its me,
Your buddy, your pal

I'm here for you that's the deal
I don't care what u do
Just go back to the why it used to be
Where we don't do the hiding but maybe some of the sharing
