Why do I feel this way??
Why does God torment me by giving me these feelings??
He knows I cant handle them
But still he allows them to reside in me … why???

The feeling for that special someone
That spoken for special someone
I know what I have to do I just don't know how to do it
But she is so special, and she doesn't see it but I want to show her

How do you forget someone who is on your mind 24-7
Your every waking moment is about nothing but her
The way she smiles, the way she does that thing with her hair
Every time you see that, it makes you want to cry out in despair

But what can you do, she's got her eyes on someone else
So what do you do, stand by her side
And pray it turns out like those cheesy 80's movies
Where the girl realizes all she is looking for has always been right there next to her

Well lets face it this is life not a mere hour long movie
People get hurt, they get rejected
Its now a factor of life for all, I think its time, I'm sorry to say
To give up, not on love---just on her
